Depending on the roofing system used, the guarantee can be up to 20 years. Most of our high performance systems are inspected and guranteed by Lloyds of London in the form of an insurance policy. They even cover our insolvency. We have been roofing London since 1986 so obviously we don’t consider that to be a factor

A great deal of our work is on Network Rails electricity substations.  So with us, a guarantee is not a selling point, it is an assurance of our standard of work. 

The only things that would not be covered is if the roof leaked in area not roofed by us, ie. where an older part of the roof laid by another company meets our roof. Another exclusion would be tampering or traffic,  this can mean things like a deck chair on a roof that has sunk into the roof membrane (incidentally, this can be avoided by fixing promenade tiles which we can supply if required).

Apart from these type of occurrences you would be covered, even if there was extreme weather like torrential rain or freezing temperatures. Our guarantee is fully transferable, so if you sell your house or building, the guarantee transfers with it. This can be a great selling point in a potential sale.
